Welcome to my page. As you can see I am female, with eclectic background. I love to participate in whale and dolphin watches. I have adopted an orca whale named doublestuf. I mindfully meditate daily. In addition, I am a blue belt in shotokan karate, and workout regularly with my personal trainer who is my weight training coach !!!
I am a licensed social worker, I have worked in a variety of settings including non-profit, medical and in-patient psychiatric.
I volunteer with the NJ Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers, and I am the VP of the NJ ONE.org campaign.
In addition, I am learning Spanish.
